Rates and insurance

The initial qEEG is $400. Brain training sessions are as follows:

$100 per session for 1x/week

$75 per session for 2x/week 

Neurofeedback Therapy has been developed more recently, therfore many insurance companies are only now beginning to recognize it. Some of our clients have been able to get partial reimbursements from their insurance companies. To find out if your insurance company will reimburse any of your expenses, contact your insurance company about Neurofeedback Services. Give them the billing code 90901 (EEG Biofeedback) to find out what is covered. We can provide you a Superbill or receipt to send to your insurance company for reimbursement. 

We are credentialed, in-network providers with most insurance companies here in Oklahoma for psychotherapy services.  

We offer financial help through Advance Care Card. You can simply apply on their website and find out if you are approved today. After receiving your credit card in 5-7 business days, you are more than welcome to use this for your services here at Peaceful Mind. This is a great option for Neurofeedback training and the In-Home training option.
